Only good for one night, definitely not extended Staff was somewhat unavailable. It was hard to get a hold of the Front Desk. Its nice to have the kitchenette and the floors were nice. However, anything that you need for the kitchen has to be requested and again is hard to reach the Front Desk. Towels from the bathroom were clearly not softened and some stained. Horrible experience! We checked in to our room and found a nasty black shirt on the couch! The room looks like nobody has cleaned it. The front desk lady was super rude and mean. Don't exp too much about the breakfast. It only goes till 9:30 but all the food will be gone by 9 and they refused to add more! The bed in the room was a disaster. The sheet is too small for the bed so it keep getting undone. We were basically sleeping directly on the mattress! So gross! Will never ever go back again!

Hairy smell The room had a bad odor and the toilet clogged and the plunger was not in the room and there was hair in the bathtub

I reserved this hotel five days ,it iwas a beginni I reserved this hotel five days ,it iwas a beginning of nightmare. The room, especially the pillow, bed had very strong bad smell, I had to change the room, the smell has improved, but pillow, bed still had smell. In these five days I did not use the room clean at all ,I did it for myself, I did not believe they can do well. NEVER AGAIN I RESERVED A ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS 3 DAYS BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY ONLY HAD A ROOM WITH ONE BED SO I HAD TO SLEEP ON A ROLL A WAY BED THAT WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE THAT I HAD TO SLEEP ON THE DIRTY FLOOR. Didn't like hotel at all...will not go back Say the have breakfast...I wouldn't call it that. Not modern.....didn't seem clean,,,no housekeeping.
Alert, alert, alert... We stayed there 11/24-11/27. I am not one to write a review, however, I felt the need to do this public service. The hotel looked good from the outside, but once you walked in you were welcomed with an odor of pet urine, since this is a pet friendly hotel. If I could have taken picture of the smell I would. However, the air fresheners in the hallways should give you an idea. Since this is Extended Stay, you do not get maid service daily, unless you're staying 7 days or more, we stayed 3. Help me I am lost in an Industrial Area I traveled to Redwood City for a training class and only needed a hotel to sleep at. When I got in the hotel room, I was glad to see that it was clean. It was not until later the day of check in that I noticed the water faucet in the kitchen area did not work. I also had small ants (possibly sugar ants) crawling on my bed that I noticed the last of my three night stay. Also the toilet did not flush well and had to flush a couple times just to clear it.

Okay for you and your dog, but... The hotel was okay for my one-night stay, if a little pricey, but it was the only hotel that would allow me to stay with my little dog and not be really pricey. (There was an event at Stanford that sucked up most hotel rooms in the area.) The neighborhood was upscale office-industrial, as a large, modern office building is right next door, but that meant plenty of parking was available on a weekend.
