I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was one step above hostel. I was given a key to a room and walked in and it was into someone else's room!

Poor experience. It in between industrial place. Low hotels pricing for that hotel chain attracted me, but, now I know why. Free Breakfast is misleading as it has limited items especially to go. My room was all wet and bed was uncomfortable.

Just ok... On the surface, this place looks good, but upon a little extra examination, it's lacking. The room is surface clean, but clearly things were missed... the shower vent was disgusting. The chairs in the room hadn't been moved before they vacuumed. There needs to be some quality control after the room is cleaned - we were missing lots of kitchen items and had no towels. Staff was just ok - not particularly kind or caring, but responded to requests. Weird lack of amenities - a hotel with no ice machine?

One of my worst experiences!! They did not clean my room until the 8th day (when I was leaving). During the week I went to the front desk and asked if someone could clean my bathroom and was given a bottle of cleaner (which i took a picture of) and a rag to clean my room. In addition, they wanted to come in an the 4th of July (our day of Independence) and remove my air conditioner to clean it!!! What is going on when you pay $200.00 a night and this is what you get! Dirty. First room dirty towels on bed,garbage in bathroom. Air conditioning did not work in second room

Shoddy property in industrial location low level property - needs renovation. Kitchen poorly stocked. There are many long term tenants making this more like a transient's hotel. Will ty to find a better place to stay next time thru.

Ants in the room Although the first night was a pleasant stay in a good sized room, the rest of our stay was burdened by ants that started to appear and cover the entire kitchen area. Not only was it a health concern but also very annoying. We were very disappointed by this and also by the strong odour of trash in the hallway.

Worst hotel i've ever stayed in The single word I would use to describe this hotel is: "disgusting". Stay anywhere else

Smelly, dirty. Hotel I didn't like the hotel the room was dirty and refrigerator was greasy. Towels were old and smelled. The pillow case looked like they never were washed. it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but outside the room it smelled smoked and other stuff.
