Smelly, dirty. Hotel I didn't like the hotel the room was dirty and refrigerator was greasy. Towels were old and smelled. The pillow case looked like they never were washed. it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but outside the room it smelled smoked and other stuff.

Over priced This room was completely over priced for the quality of the room. The beds were awful and it was very noisy. I would not stay here again.

Cheap, old, dirty, hairy, beware! The only reason why I booked this hotel was because it was cheap in comparison to other area hotels. In comparison to the price I would pay somewhere else in another state or region, it fails completely. Upon arriving, I was asked to fill out a form requesting my vehicle information and other personal info. This took about 10 minutes as I had to literally go out to my vehicle and find the VIN number to write down on the form. This was very inconvenient and really annoying. First Impressions Count - Mine? Never Again. Paid for Non-Smoking, got smoking because "Oh, you bought on Expedia" which apparently means you get uncleaned leftover rooms. Wasn't even cleaned!!! The pillows and bedding were used, bathroom was not clean. And we just couldn't get over the smell and feel of sleeping in cigarette ash. Smoking is against our religion!

Please read the small letters This is one of those times when one feels that pay little is expensive. mainly by the attitude of non-service people serving at the counter. who for wilderness is just one and not have anyone who can resover problems: I was given a smoking room when they request otherwise. The bed was missing a leg and if one was moving bed swayed

hôtel très décevant la chambre était poussiéreuse, le miroir brisait, la porte de la salle de bain était enfoncée, il manquait une porte de placard, il n'y avait que 2 chaises alors que nous étions 3, idem pour les couverts, petit déjeuner très petit servie dans une petite pièce alors qu'ils ont une grande pièce prévue à cet effet

You can do much better somewhere else Thank goodness I only had to stay here 1 night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes, it's one of the cheaper hotels in the area, and in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. I arrived late and the guy checking me in was very friendly and the only thing positive about my stay. He warned me ahead of time that the lock on the door didn't work and that the kitchen was clean despite the huge stain on the counter. At least he set my expectations fairly low. Dirty Rooms My room was dirty upon arrival. After 3 requests to the front desk they managed to give me new towels and make the bed. They must not own a vacuum because the floor was filthy and was never cleaned. The hallways were also very dirty and were never vacuumed during the week that I stayed there.
