Be aware, bugs in bed room! I was so freaked out when I found bugs in my bed. They changed my room and upgraded me, but hair was in the blankets and not the kind on your head. Not your normal extended stay quality. This was an awful experience.

I was disappointed in that I had two smoking rooms and only had one ashtray between them. Also with the kitchen there was only one coffee between them. Also did not understand why in a kitchen with utensils and pots there was no cups. Thanks

not a good option The pictures of the rooms and lobby are NOT from this hotel. Bed suck, rooms grungy, and they only clean rooms,replace towels once every 7 days. The "breakfast" is a joke. The Country Inn and Suites in San Carlos is a way better option.

Reclamo hecho al Hotel La cadena de Extended Stay tiene exelentes studios en sus edificios de diferentes ciudades, el problema es que esta vez que fui la cafeteria que esta para el uso propio tenia el café anterior seco en la base, la Tina de bano subia el agua hasta arriba y el estanque de WC tenis la tirade de agua cortada, primera vez que encuentro algo asi en uno de estos hotels, el problema es el personal de aseo, porque el personal que atiende en la recepcion son excelentes personas.

Stay away Make sure to request non smoking floor and a quiet floor. This hotel seems to allow smoking in the hallways and is very noisy. Mattresses and like bricks

Desperate I needed a place to stay fast. It was a cheap rate, but I got what I paid for...$79 for the night. Reviews were good, so I thought Id be ok, just 1 night right?... Well, gum wrappers and unvacuumed floors greeted me. So I was disappointed immediately. I checked the sheets and sure enough.... Although Im sure they were laundered I could smell the bleach, there was a very noticeable old blood stain on the mattress cover. I could see it throught the fitted sheet. Im an RN, things happen. No one to be found No shampoo or toiletries provided. When we went down to request nobody was there to talk too. Came back to room, tried calling, no one picked up. Upon see a cleaning lady, we asked for toilet paper, she was reluctant to give it to us, asked for our room number, wrote it down like we were lying. She finally gave it to us, after we stood there for a bit. Awkward.

Ok in a pinch My husband was having surgery at nearby hospital so I booked using Hotels.com. Hotel was hard to find, signage difficult to see from road. Front desk clerk was very nice but when I asked if they gave medical discounts she said, "No. And even if we did you don't qualify because you used a booking site." Rude. Room was as expected but the walls were so thin I could hear front desk phone ringing all night (I was 3 rooms away) and heard all noise outside of hotel. Bed was impossibly hard.
