Shabby Clean The overall room was ok except for the bed. If you were over 100 pounds the entire bed would raise up. So we couldn't both sit at the edge of the bed. The shower had a little mold in the cracks. And I went to make coffee to find a who knows how old of a coffee filter encrusted with green mold. The cleaning service came right away and gave me a brand need coffee maker which was great! Other than that I liked the hard wood floors and te kitchen was clean.

I thought the staff were rude and unorganized. The room was dirty, hair on the counter bottle cap, cigarette buts on the carpet. had to wait 2.5 hours to check in.

Our room smelt like wet dog.. I understand pets are welcome but we didn't have a pet with us an we were placed in a pet room. When I told the manager on duty that the room smelt horrible his response to me was," well, okay". They made no effort to Chang our room or fix the issue. The beds were horrible and the sheets weren't clean. I wouldn't be recommending it to anyone.

not good we could never get anyone at the front desk to help ..... we had a coffee maker with no coffee or cream & sugar.... we had a knife and fork on the floor by the couch and black hair in the bed ... wonderful , we called around to get a different hotel but all was booked .... not sure why but it was ... !!!! oohhh also we had no shampoo in the shower so we used hand soap , thanks so much . !!!

Never again Rooms were not fully stocked staff was gone non smoking room smelled terriblely of smoke sheet had blood on it and breakfast if you can call it that was not good

Side door card reader broken It soon is we walk into the bathroom toilet pee stains and duty inside the bowl In the morning went to get complementary breakfast they only had coffee and apples

Not a good hotel if you are going with kids I had a bad experience. I went with my family including two kids and feel that this is not a hotel even at 12 o'clock in afternoon kids are not allowed to play or run around in the room. Second there is no housekeeping you have to clean the room and trough the trash.
