My nth trip to this place. Like always , had a consistently excellent experience. Never an issue for a hidden price, never an issue for an imperfect service, hygiene is not a problem, room service is excellent, ambience is just perfect for home like stay, car park and walking space is ample, location is very convenient. Amal, nancy, nilanjan - these people are just so awesome.

This was my business trip in december 2019. The most amazing thing was the hospitality. The care takers - Amal and her team - took perfect care of my luggage, room service, parking, over all hygiene , breakfast etc etc very very professionally. The property also is very conveniently located and very well maintained.

The kitchen saved us My wife and I stayed 9 nights so we could be near Stanford Medical Center for a family issue. The hotel worked out great for us. The proximity to Palo Alto was great as was the room's kitchen. We were there during the Covid-19 issue and having a stove, refrigerator and microwave was a life saver. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly and concerned about our comfort. We would definately stay there again.

On Expedia page,it said that Breakfast is included but they just served coffee and granola bars which is NOT breakfast. Please be more specific about this in the description
