Sifficult to call/email the hotel prior to arrival It has what you need. Staff is nice and will help when needed. The room is big and comfortable. The only down is the window only opens by a few cm. If you are running into issues prior to check-in (e.g., plane delayed and you're arriving after 11pm) it is very difficult to reach out to the hotel. Condition of room poor. Cooking and eating utensils had to be requested. Extending bookings can only be done online, not at front desk. Overall, too much penny pinching by management to make stay acceptable. Small efforts would improve the facility.
