Enjoyed my first stay at Extended Stay. Only complaint was the breakfast, very limited, only coffee and packs of oatmeal. No toast, muffin, or the like. Also, there weren't even bowls or utensils to be used by those that like oatmeal.
While the pricing was reasonable for a one night stay, the cleanliness of the room was inconsistent. The bathroom was fairly clean but the kitchen area was not. The dining table was not wiped down and the refrigerator door shelves still had a baggie of food from the previous guest as well as being dirty. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which is why I am giving this property an average rating that otherwise would have been poor.

Spoiled by corner cutting Hotel seems good but spoiled by little cheap things. Breakfast was advertised, but actually consisted ONLY of instant oatmeal in a plastic cup. (After I checked out, I was told there were muffins in a cupboard, out of sight!) Big surprise, for a business hotel, there were no USB charging ports, nor any charging bricks to loan or rent.
