Been there for 3 nights, it’s 15 minutes drive to downtown the hotel is just ok. Waiter pressure is pretty low, need to spend more time on shower.

They need more than 1 person working the front desk. Especially when the gal leaves to show a room for a guests approval. Leaving the front desk unstaffed, At the 3PM check-in time there was a 30 min line

Ive stayed here about 5 times now...the reason we stay there is i have an 80lb pitbulll that is my service animal. Have had problems with other hotels on breed restrictions. This place does not discriminate on breed. The hotel staff is great, always super friendly. Rooms are very clean and well kept. This is the only place we stay when we come to the bay area now. They will supply you with pots and pans if you wanna make a home cooked meal and they also have barbeques. I would highly recommended this place for anyone. 10 out... read more
