Acceptable ...Just ... Hotel was low priced, but not enough. $80-100/night would be ok,but if you are paying more than this, really think twice. It really needs renovation. The room was shabby, and needed a repaint. The air conditioner was very noisy when running. First room I was given had a blocked toilet. Luckily they were able to change it. 25 minute wait to check in is unacceptable. Location is ideal for San Jose airport. Denny's & 7-11 very close by. I would only stay here again if the price was very low & other hotels... read more

Not a clean bed I rate this hotel very low in terms of cleanliness. The hallways were very smelly. But what really was the deal breaker for me was that the bed was not at all clean. There were strands of hair (and bunches of them) on the bedsheets. I really hated sleeping on that bed. Breakfast options at this hotel were minimal. The included breakfast was literally non existent.

Won't recommend this hotel I got to hotel, there was some person ahead me asking for some supplies, took front desk about 20 minutes to find what he needed ( just some kitchen things...). After I laid down on the bed, found that TV remote control not working, so I called front desk, she asked me if I wanted to switch a room. I asked her if she could just drop me the key for the other room b/c I was already on the bed. She said no, and I needed to go front desk to redo all paper works. So I gave up. Average hotel near the San Jose International Airp Upon check in, I was assigned a room fairly quickly however the hat room was not acceptable due the odor. I requested as was given another room. This one was on the side next to the street and the train rails which was very noisy.
