Disappointing I've stayed at Extended Stays before - this one was not up to par. We arrived at 5:00 pm - 2 hours after check-in time - and there were no rooms that were ready. When we asked to use a restroom, we were told we could go down the street to Denny's and use the restrooms there. The employee then let us know that she was going to go check in with the housekeepers to see if she could find a room for us. Close to Airport Late evening check in was friendly and accommodating. Surprised that room was clean and new looking. Bathroom was well done and shower was excellent. Morning checkout crew was friendly and accommodating. Day Crew was angry, hostile and arrogant. Left the desk unattended for long periods of time. Breakfast Bar was not attended to. Overprice and Underperform. To start the hotel didn't get my reservation right and gave me a one bed when a two bed was reserved. Once in the trash was overflowing and the smell was overwhelming. Bad service and bad response to request. My room was cleaned and the ac didn't work. Do not book this hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, poorly managed. Great checkin experience but room smelled of spoiled food, staff switched us quickly. Trash all over carpets in hallways. Needs new paint everywhere and to be cleaned more often. Needed more towels (stayed in King suite and only 2 towels were provided...) when I requested more was given 2 poorly folded towels and was told that's all they had.. The grab and go breakfast bar was a joke, nothing was stocked !! Save your $$ and stay away from this place.

Loud - had room by side door and people were coming in and out till all hours of night. Bathroom door in room did not close?? Beds are hard and very noisy when moving around.

Do not stay This is by far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. The two ladies who worked in the lobby were nice but the manager literally walked out and quit in front of everyone. The rooms were over booked. We were down graded. I ended up leaving our vacation early and going home and I still haven't been given a refund. I 10/10 DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Not nice. Staff were very rude, 20 minutes waiting at front desk, two ladies came after, acting like "I don't care " hallways was full of dirty bed clothing. Inside the room smells horrible.

Nasty! Dirty! Felt unsafe!Dont stay there! Doors were locked and the rent a cop asked what we wanted, did we have a reservation? Like we were homeless or something ? Very strange.Then the hotel staff was not very friendly, never asked for a I'd or tag number of car. Then sent us to our room, which when we opened the door was dirty and bed spread in the floor and was never cleaned from last guest! It was nuts!
