Stayed for a week. Hotel is in disrepair, not very high quality. Feels old. one of two elevators was out of service the whole week, and the other was out of service one day, as well. My room had a kitchen (the reason I chose the hotel) , but no pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. When I asked for those, I did not get pots and pans. Fridge was leaking water and was replaced when I notified them. Entrance is not on the street the hotel address is on - confusing for taxi/uber drivers. Not what I expected. Elevator didn't go up to the 3rd floor, so had to carry luggage up the stairs. Side entrance did not work with key card so had to go to front entrance every time. Halls had a bad smell. I would never be able to stay there more than 1 night!

Comparable to a run down Motel 6 Staff was friendly, hotel is in disrepair, furnishings and décor is circa 1984. A comparable option would be a rundown Motel 6. Usually Extended Stay Americas are average. I suspect this is a case of bad hotel management. During my 2 day stay my room was never cleaned. The towels & sheets were not washed, the bed wasn't made and the trash cans were never emptied. Shame on the hotel manager.

room not cleaned, smelled of beer, afternoon clerk rude. Night clerk and security person great and were embarrassed that room given to us was a mess.

Any port in a storm... I was attending a convention in San Jose over the weekend; available hotels were minimal. I elected Extended Stay due to price per room night. It was ok--clean and dry with wi-fi and free parking. One of the reasons I chose Extended Stay was the concept of breakfast; what it turned out to be was coffee and breakfast bars. Nothing hot except coffee. I can't say that I would stay there again if there were other available hotels in the same price range with better ameniitities.

Disgustingly dirty hotel. Rude staff. Nothing good to say about this hotel. No services. Very dirty!!!!
