worst hotel for the price,very unhappy will not go back there,no maintenance at all! We were ask to pick up plunger to unclog the commode,dirty room.used socks in bed. Poor customer service in front desk

3 times is a charm AC didn't work in the first room. Second room the TV didn't work. I guess 3 times is a charm because the 3rd room both AC & TV worked. It's great that Extended stay hotels have mini kitchen but not cool when you need to ask the front desk for any cooking ware. Doesn't motivate someone from using the kitchen.

When I checked in, the host was on her cell phone...waited on me and on the phone at the same time. My room smelled, walked over to open the window and stepped on something .....DOG FOOD.... I kicked them (2 pieces) into the kitchen but they went under the door.....the hall was never vacuum because those two pieces of dog food were still there 3 days later, when I departed.

Below standard for Extended Stay. They clearly don't live up to the advertising. The rooms do not have pots, and and plates and utensils unless you ask. It took almost 30 minutes to get them. The woman at the front desk was awesome - but clearly overworked. This place needs to spend some of it's money on more front desk help. They easily could have used 3 people to keep up with the # of people registering.

Bad employees =Bad service. The front desk staff are the worst people you will ever want to meet if you're in the business of customer service; the staffs are rude, judge mental, to the point of having undesirable, hitted conversation with one of the staff for stay in line for wash towers. I have been, and stay at many different hotels, but my experience at this particular Extended stay America San Jose (1560 N. 1st street) was a nightmare.

Don't stay here Going in the room looked nice but once you settled in you could notice the dirtiness. The sheets smelled dirty and has stains from what looked like coffee and was still kinda sticky. The towels smelled dirty as well. The bathroom has rust in every corner and the hotel it self smelled. Since people live there you can hear them throughout the night coming in and out. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again in any area

Nice staff poor hotel conditions I left 1 night early. Room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Got in late so I didn't care. Next day went on appointments all day. Got back to hotel at 5pm. Room not cleaned. I was not happy. BUT The Staff walkers very nice and refunded my 2nd night.
