Horrible and filthy Awful. Disgusting. I don't need fancy but clean would have been nice. Even after I asked for a clean room they sent housekeeping who did nothing but wipe down the mirror

Smelly room. Funny charges. Smelly smoking room. Also made unauthorized charge to my credit card after check out. Said it was a rate change. I told them it was fixed with Hotels.com and they said it would be credited back. Not seen it yet but expect to. Limited staff, really for longer stay guests. I was there two nights. Won't stay again.

Had no extra bedding as in covers or pillows. 3-4 Lights didn't work. Breakfast was 1 orange. Not a good selection at all.

Horrible Customer Service Spoke to 3 different people before I cheked in and they all wouldnt help me and pushed my questions to someone else. Ultimately got an answer that I would have an early check in because they said the hotel was full. I can understand that but when I got there it was completely empty. Why lie? I can see why this was rated a 2.5 star hotel. Garbage was left next to my door for a whole day. What the heck? Bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in and had to ask them to come plean it. The outside looks better than the inside! Service wasn't the best at check in. Rooms had no silverware, plates, etc.. in cabinets and it's supposed to be an extended say. They don't make up your room every morning, which is odd because I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and they make up your room every morning there. Not many cable channels to choose from. No alarm clock either.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE EVER This place was a huge disappointment. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again due to the poor quality, out dated room, terrible service. I wouldn't recommend Extended Stay America to anyone and hope that it goes out of business. I was over charged for this room. Avoid This Hotel at ALL Cost Very Disappointing Property. Hotel hall ways had unpleasant odor. Could not plug in my medically prescribed CPAP machine due to a lack of electrical plugs. Poor selection of television channels. No safety mat for bath tub. Took approximately one minute to get hot water for showering. Lamp not working. No one at front desk for check out. Had to leave room key with note. Several attempts to call hotel to verify check out with NO ANSWER.
