Don't stay here Going in the room looked nice but once you settled in you could notice the dirtiness. The sheets smelled dirty and has stains from what looked like coffee and was still kinda sticky. The towels smelled dirty as well. The bathroom has rust in every corner and the hotel it self smelled. Since people live there you can hear them throughout the night coming in and out. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again in any area

Nice staff poor hotel conditions I left 1 night early. Room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Got in late so I didn't care. Next day went on appointments all day. Got back to hotel at 5pm. Room not cleaned. I was not happy. BUT The Staff walkers very nice and refunded my 2nd night.

Dirty dirty dirty. I will never stay there nor another Extended Stay America property again.

When we arrived there was a guy standing outside drinking a beer and smoking a cigarette. There was no one to check use in except the security guard. When the front desk person did show up he was wearing purple medical gloves. Then informed us that the room a double with two queen beds I reserved was not available because someone ruined it. He gave us what he called a deluxe room with a king and a pull out couch that we had to make and ask for bedding there was a standard size refrigerator thatnever stopped running. Not a place for us Nothing much to tell about the stay. Checked in late the evening before and left the next morning. It hadn't changed since we were the week prior. As stated in the previous review, we will not use this property again. The staff although somewhat friendly, were rude in my opinion. No breakfast--just breakfast "on the go" whatever that means. Not a place for us.
Woefully Inadequate!!! We arrived mid to late afternoon. Our room was what we asked for. This property seems as though it caters to Asian guests. The employees are pleasant at best however rude. When asked if I could use their business center, I was informed that they didn't have a business center. I merely wanted a boarding pass. I asked if I could use the computer at a neighboring Extended Stay and was told "NO". This property does not serve breakfast. They have a "Grab N Go" type of set up. Rudimentary at best. Stayed for a week. Hotel is in disrepair, not very high quality. Feels old. one of two elevators was out of service the whole week, and the other was out of service one day, as well. My room had a kitchen (the reason I chose the hotel) , but no pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. When I asked for those, I did not get pots and pans. Not what I expected. Elevator didn't go up to the 3rd floor, so had to carry luggage up the stairs. Side entrance did not work with key card so had to go to front entrance every time. Halls had a bad smell. I would never be able to stay there more than 1 night!
