Good staff but expected more... The staff was really attentive to our needs, but since we had reserved the room for 3 people we were expecting the pull out bed to be made and it wasn't. I never stayed in a hotel where I had to make my bed before going to sleep for the first time. The kitchen also did not have anything, not even paper towel and dish detergent, besides all the utensils missing. Overall, property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Neighborhood is nice. Room could use updating. Continental breakfast could use some kind of protein and real dairy creamer.

Drainage in the toilet was clogged, otherwise good enough.

The exterior was a lot nicer than the interior. The hotel could use some updating. We utilized the pullout double sofa bed and they definitely needed to replace the mattress. The room was clean and the price was right.
