The hotel was oversold, & staff worker said Expedia oversold them. I was told I was being downsized, but after some arguing, staff accommodated.us. pull out bed had an old mattress which was stained & filthy & so we didn't use it.

Amenities inside the rooms and sofa beds and pillows and TV could be better improved. Ac and heater controls and faucets needs to be fixed properly

The floor in my room was dirty... The shower has hair and a plastic from a shaver The carpet outside in the corridor was dirty
