Very clean. Good smell and very comfortable would stay there again.

エレベーター故障 珈琲メーカーがなくなってました。ティッシュも備わってなかったのでトイレットペーパーを遣わせてもらいました。また、生憎エレベーターが故障で3日間とも階段を使いました。相当年代もののようですね。

Nothing works Waited an hour to check in. Rooms weren't ready. Elevator wasn't working. No hot water during breakfast, barely any coffee, only oranges and granola bars. Homeless people camp behind the back fence. Found beer bottle caps in supposedly freshly cleaned room.

Not in downtown First person to help us in front was not very nice but the second person was really nice. The elevator was not working so we had to keep going up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The hotel was not really close to anything!

Staff was very friendly , hotel is clean and neat highly recomended easy to check in did not half to wait long and price is economic,.......

Hotel close to San Jose airport Stayed here for 1 night before a trip to Washington. The staff were nice enough and the room was clean. Had a nice kitchenette with no glassware, cups, or silverware of any kind. This wasn't a big deal as we arrived at 10 p.m. and didn't need mich more than a place to rest our heads for a few hours. Unfortunately we forgot my daughters special blanket in the room when we left and didnt notice until we were through Security check points at the airport.
