Nothing works Waited an hour to check in. Rooms weren't ready. Elevator wasn't working. No hot water during breakfast, barely any coffee, only oranges and granola bars. Homeless people camp behind the back fence. Found beer bottle caps in supposedly freshly cleaned room.

Not in downtown First person to help us in front was not very nice but the second person was really nice. The elevator was not working so we had to keep going up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The hotel was not really close to anything!

Staff was very friendly , hotel is clean and neat highly recomended easy to check in did not half to wait long and price is economic,.......

Hotel close to San Jose airport Stayed here for 1 night before a trip to Washington. The staff were nice enough and the room was clean. Had a nice kitchenette with no glassware, cups, or silverware of any kind. This wasn't a big deal as we arrived at 10 p.m. and didn't need mich more than a place to rest our heads for a few hours. Unfortunately we forgot my daughters special blanket in the room when we left and didnt notice until we were through Security check points at the airport. Convenient location In general, met my expectations with the exception of two frustrating points: 1. Key cards easily lost room code. I had to visit the front desk three times in 4 days to re-code the key card. I made special efforts to keep in a pocket away from my phone and credit cards to avoid the issue, but still had it. Once at the front desk, I was in a line of two others with the same problem. 2. Old old toilet. A simple flush does nothing. Smells like curry. Place is ok, like other locations. Strong smell of curry. No idea why. No ironing board in room, but had iron. That seemed really strange maid services misses that kind of detail.
