When we arrived, we saw that the gate to the parking lot was broken and wide open. There were three police vehicles with lights on arresting people in the parking lot. Also there were cars parked in the parking lot and people were living out of them. There was a lot of foot traffic in and out of the hotel, possibly it was a temporary housing vendor for low income? First of all it was filthy. Huge stains all over all over the carpeting in the Halls I mean stains everywhere it makes you wonder when the last time was they actually thoroughly cleaned those carpets. The bedding in the room was stained not the sheets but the Duval on the blanket. Drug dealers in the parking lot. Police activity. Absolutely will never go there again I can't believe a comfort in Extended Stay was so awful. Maybe the worst place I've ever been in my life.

I understand its an extended stay, but I did not know that most people there are government assisted drug use in the parking lot. My wife stepped on a syringe while walking out of the hotel lobby seems like an institution not a hotel.

We were in town for a convention. We got to the parking lot and did not want to get out of the car. People everywhere loitering, kids throwing stuff running around no adults. There were some but looked like they were just looking to buy or sell drugs, asking for spare change and looking like we were imposing in the area by being there. Its section 8 property so we had children and other running about at all hours of the night.
