Rethink staying here Please rethink staying at this hotel, it is part of some sort of housing program. There are homeless people wandering around everywhere. The place has a very distinct smell. it should be somehow advertised that this hotel is part of some housing program. These people are obviously here for the long-haul. They have lights in the windows their animals are there kids are there they have made themselves comfortable. If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, safety, go somewhere else

Horrible service. Had to leave after 1 day and management refused to refund 2nd day which was paid. Horrible customer service. Horrible. Was seemingly a magnet hotel for drugs and prostitute population of san jose.

Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I expected. There was a lot of noise inside the hotel, and I was woken up by loud screaming. The cleanliness was also below standard, as the sofa and the room needed more attention. This made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I hope the hotel management improves these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests

Extended stay needs extended check in times Was unable to check in due to limited check in times. Refund isn't available until a manager is able to approve. Website doesn't start the limited check in times.

Bad Stay It was not great at all. The shower does not stop completely which made me hard to sleep at night due to water noise. The sink in the bathroom clogged as soon as I used water. Our neighbors were loud at night too. The pictures on the website looked decent so I didn't expect none of these...

The hotel itself was nice, but the noise at night was terrible and did not sleep. People partying in lower level hallway until 1 am. Loud engines reving with music blaring in parking lot way into early morning hours. Called front desk to complain, but problems continued.
