Fairly quiet compared to the horrible Motel6 up the street (these rooms open to a hallway instead of outdoors. Higher room rates tends to discourage inconsiderate people.) The bed was comfortable. But, this is not on the same level as the ExtendedStay San Jose, about a mile north of here, on Brokaw. Walls/floors are thinner. Rooms are undergoing renovation. Not sure if it will impact the noisy neighbor problem. Free breakfast is basically coffee and cereal. But, the paid laundry service was nice. Liked the (only) front-load ... read more

Decent hotel for the price Room smelled of fresh paint and it was very nauseating. The cleaning staff did not do a good job of cleaning the room prior to our arrival-I found old articles of clothing from the previous guest. The room was large and was able to comfortably accommodate everyone in our party. The free breakfast was a bit misleading as the only things offered were coffee, protein bars, oatmeal, and a muffin. I would like more selection for the price that I am paying.

The room was okay. As soon as I checked in the room, it reaked like bleach. The king size bed made so much noise everytime I sat on it and moved around. We couldn't feel The AC against the window because the curtains were blocking it. Other than that, everything else was okay.

Didn't feel safe , excessive noise

Customer service was great! Its the rooms themselves thats the problem. It looked like junkys lived there, then damages were just patched up.

Room smells old , hot water didn't work we had to leave and the building is smelly like homeless kind off , not recommended but the front desk is very helpful and nice

Disgusting place for kids. I got allergy due to mould. Whole night coughing. Visible mold on bath tub. Worst place ever.
