The night I arrived the boiler was not functioning. I had to take a cold shower. I was given the option to change hotels but I was tired and it was late. The night staff advised me that I would get a discount on check out the next morning. The next morning the staff said that because I used hotels.com to book my room. They could not apply any discount because their system would not allow it.

Xmas dinner almost didn't happen Arrived around 6p after a 7hr drive. Some attitude from staff. Told coffee/hot water available throughout day...but no coffee...got hot water for tea...one staff mbr offered up granola bars. Ok txs. Went to room...good, clean. Went down to get kitchen necessities as I planned to "cook" our xmas dinner following day. Was told no pots/pans available!! Asked for plates, utensils, "will have to get from storage". Fairly quiet compared to the horrible Motel6 up the street (these rooms open to a hallway instead of outdoors. Higher room rates tends to discourage inconsiderate people.) The bed was comfortable. But, this is not on the same level as the ExtendedStay San Jose, about a mile north of here, on Brokaw. Walls/floors are thinner. Rooms are undergoing renovation. Not sure if it will impact the noisy neighbor problem. Free breakfast is basically coffee and cereal. But, the paid laundry service was nice. Liked the (only) front-load ... read more

Decent hotel for the price Room smelled of fresh paint and it was very nauseating. The cleaning staff did not do a good job of cleaning the room prior to our arrival-I found old articles of clothing from the previous guest. The room was large and was able to comfortably accommodate everyone in our party. The free breakfast was a bit misleading as the only things offered were coffee, protein bars, oatmeal, and a muffin. I would like more selection for the price that I am paying.

The room was okay. As soon as I checked in the room, it reaked like bleach. The king size bed made so much noise everytime I sat on it and moved around. We couldn't feel The AC against the window because the curtains were blocking it. Other than that, everything else was okay.

Sketchy area, hotel dirty. Coacheoach seen in bathroom. Only give you a bar of soap for the shower . Poor
