Was ok but no staff , and they complained Was just ok to far from convention center for me tain was the best thing .

Surprisingly good I was pleased with the location (not the neighborhood, though, which is a little sketchy), the room, and cleanliness (recently remodeled, it appears) and certainly the price. I actually appreciate not having maids come in each day, I could just leave everything out, as I last left it. This was my first Extended Stay use and I'll certainly consider it again. Basic hotel no perks basic hotel no bells and whistles...Bedding was worn out and itchy not comfortable at all... Pillows were bad...3 nights and my room was never cleaned, Breakfast was an apple and a stale breakfast bar.
Overnight stay. The hotel was Ok and that's about it. The breakfast provided was extremely disappointing. They provide some instant oatmeal, packaged muffins, granola bars, some fruit and maybe coffee. I don't drink coffee so I had nothing to drink. This is not what I would call breakfast.
I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
The night I arrived the boiler was not functioning. I had to take a cold shower. I was given the option to change hotels but I was tired and it was late. The night staff advised me that I would get a discount on check out the next morning. The next morning the staff said that because I used hotels.com to book my room. They could not apply any discount because their system would not allow it.
Xmas dinner almost didn't happen Arrived around 6p after a 7hr drive. Some attitude from staff. Told coffee/hot water available throughout day...but no coffee...got hot water for tea...one staff mbr offered up granola bars. Ok txs. Went to room...good, clean. Went down to get kitchen necessities as I planned to "cook" our xmas dinner following day. Was told no pots/pans available!! Asked for plates, utensils, "will have to get from storage".
