Not a good experience I have stayed here before and had no problems. This time was terrible , I arrived to check in and had to call the front desk from the outside phone. I understand it was late but I waited 20 min for someone to open the door. Then I finally got to my room as I was walking to get in the bed I stepped on a bottle cap that was left under the side of the bed. ugly and dirty hotel... never again bad.... no drain in tub. dirty bed cover. smoke smell room

Family OK, until we checked out. Your front desk clerks need TRAINING in BASIC checking in and checking out clients. The check out clerk could not figure out how to print a statement showing a zero balance when we checked out. I provided the Check In clerk with a valid credit card and ID when we checked in so they had the information on file. The check in clerk took the credit card and ID and entered the info into the computer. The check out clerk apologized over and over saying she was new at the job. She called the clerk a... read more

Frat house. This is a tired hotel that feels like a frat house in needof TLC. I was first assigned a room that looked like a fight had taken place before I arrived. Stuff everywhere and it had not been cleaned prior to assignment. The second room was clean, it was supposedly non smoking. Someone had smoked in the room. When I returned to the front desk, I was given a bottle of Fabrez. Two days of spraying did not remove the smell in the air. This place needs renovation & disinfestation My first room was on the second floor. Couple hours after I checked in I realized the refrigerator is working non-stop but it is not cooling. Next I noticed little ants wherever I put food. Ants were everywhere! Next day I told the front desk about them & I was offered another room on the first floor. Not great. Was offered only a handicapped non smoking room - which stunk of cigarette deodorizer. Was then moved upstairs to a more breathable room without fuss. Overall a comfortable hotel but expensive and outdated. Lights buzz loudly, fridge was ancient and I had to turn it off to get sleep.

Not safe and dirty Uncomfortable is not safe place to stay , one of guest truck got broken in. No housekeeping unless you stay 7 nights. Old furniture and not clean
