Overpriced Part of my sink was missing! Room smelled. I paid a lot to stay here and it was not what it should have been. In the lounge area, the entire couch seat was missing. It was pretty bad.

Not a real good choice the entire floor was smokey and smelly. The window inside the room was broken. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, there was hair inside the shower/tub. When we tried to open the window in the room, it came completely out of the frame! The "continental" breakfast was packaged muffins (they were stale) and horrible coffee

Be warned.... The customer service was the only thing good about this hotel. Ypon check in we got into our room with hair in the drain, dirty door knobs and counters and a dity fork left in the sink. There was also a blood stained pillow case and another one that looked like it had make up on it. Ready for the best part? In the morning I woke up with bed bug bites! Do yourself a favor and DON'T stay here!

No help Worst stay ever, Accidently booked a smoking room, they could not help, so me my wife and baby had to smell and breathe the most disquating air we have ever had. It was terrible

Extended Stay This place was horrible. On arrival we sat locked out for an hour before we could even check in for our already paid for room. There was never anyone at the front desk. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

Never again I have stayed here before, but this trip was awful. I booked two rooms for family. My room I accidentally booked as smoking. I tried to check in early,for a wedding, but called over twice just to be told sorry we cannot help you. When I arrived and found out about the smoking room, They said they were sold out and could not help me. We had a baby with us, and the room smelled terrible. The baby coughed all night. My wife had a headache. I will never do that again and should of walked out.

Terrible do not stay here I requested a non smoking double bed room for my stay. The hotel was overbooked and I was stuck with a smoking room with a king bed. I was not happy with the way the manager handled the situation. I advise nobody to stay at this hotel

Room had a bit of a musty smell, and the wall control for the AC did not work. Did not find out till the next day that you have to use the controls on the unit, not the wall. This was despite asking about it the night before. Service overall lacking which I guess is typical of extended stay but between service and condition of room, will not repeat.
