Good customer service poor cleaness People who stay there are really noisy.... It smells like weed and rooms are dirty... There was hair stuff on the wall stains of who knows what on the bathroom sink and i even found a used towel under the sink... Also there were stains of what seemed to be kool aid on on of the night stand lamps.... I stayed in a extended stay america hotel in anahiem but it was way better than this one... Good thing we only stayed there for one night because we were really tired and didnt want to keep dri... read more

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Especially Scott and his coworkers in the front. They where understanding of my situation (I had my loud ass kids). Scott made sure to please my special request when asked. The area should be a bit more private and sometimes I felt like it wasn’t family friendly on the outside but the employees like Scott made sure to change that which was amazing. Great customer service!
