The check in was terrible. I waited for 40 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. I had to call the extended stay america 1800 # to get someone to call and reach someone.I will be making a claim.

Great Service Staff was very friendly. The room was nice, a little stuffy, but nothing bad. Wish the windows had screens so we could get fresh air.
