Booked a room for 2 adults and child. Checked into the room and there was no sofa bed. Had to go back to the front desk and switch rooms. They didn't have any bowls.

No ice machine anywhere at the hotel! Even Motel 6 has ice machines! Needed ice to store and transport wife's medication, had to go down the street to McDonald's to get ice.

The room was filthy. Absolute gross. The table a d chair was not cleaned a d was soiled with some kind of chocolate. The bed sheets definitely weren't changed for a new guest. Not recommended
