Delightful Retreat! I met my 2 grandsons for the day and the room was enough Large for the us! I do have to say that your staff is so well prepared for anything! Room was very clean, area was quiet. I would recommend this place for anytime you are passing through San Jose!

A little ant problem Everything was find, but they seem to have an ant infestation. We had no food out, but the kitchen counter/sink had ants.

Short staff , so room was not ready, until almost 6 pm. bed missing flat sheet, slight smell of cigarettes, door slamming all night.

Check in wasn't until 330 due to under staffing , but the young lady at the service desk went out of her way to help us get into our room asap. We had a long trip, and with 6 people we were ready to relax and she did just that. So thank you!! Def recommend!
