Had a nice stay Had a very nice stay. Room was acceptable, but the hallway and stairwell smelled like someone was smoking. Will stay there again soon

staff not helpful no soap in the room told me to come down and get it?

The biggest drawback was the checkin. It started with an empty lobby and a five-minute wait for someone to show up to check me in. The young lady finally showed up, unsmiling, arms covered with unsightly tattoos. I said, "[my name]; I have a reservation." She said, "Do you have a reservation?" Yes. "What's the name?" No irony, no smile. Pretty dismissive. But the room was adequate and a good weekend price.

I loved the service from the man at the front desk , very welcoming very informative. I also loved the size of the room and the mini kitchen, they even have complimentary dishes and pans upon request!
