Getting used to being disappointed We've stayed here numerous times. We like the fact that the room has a kitchenette, because we bring our coffee maker, creamer etc. What is constantly annoying, is we literally have to change rooms every time. This last time, the sofa bed wouldn't open or close up properly. We booked for 3 of us. Our daughter gets the sofa bed. When we went back down to the front desk, they asked if we really needed it.
