Time Alone Nice stay Jerry, the night manager was very nice and always helpful, even in the middle of chaos.

When we originally checked into our room there were a few issues and we went to Jerry with our complaints who gave us another better room with great customer service!

I couldn’t believe there wasn’t an ice machine, coffee maker, cups or “necessities” in the room. The continental breakfast sucked. Coffee, no creamer, a few granola bars. That was it.

Room not ready Had to go to the front desk twice to get bedding. You would think the room would be ready when you check in.

The microwave did not work...stayed for a couple of days. Asked three times for micowsve ..they, replied ..yes, we will take care of it. Nothing was ever done. The heater goes off when it feels like it...just got rid of a cold that lasted three weeks. Now, I have the cold back, due to cold air all night, for day's. Am i happy..NO.
