Breakfast is a Ripoff I specifically took the hotel because I needed a breakfast package included for my family. I had stayed at the same hotel in another city and received a full service breakfast meal. At the San Jose location breakfast was a mini muffin and weak coffee. I ended up having to spend extra time money and effort looking for a restaurant. I was upset for surcharge of a meal that wasn't even a meal and that didn't feed a family of 5. WASTE OF MONEY. Restroom The shower head was very corroded with hard water and maybe rust. They should focus on that. I would stay there again...

There weren't anything great about this hotel, if you're looking for a place just to save a few bucks then I guess it's alright. Guy at the counter was nice. He asked if I was planning on using the pull out bed and I said yeah, then he says okay, because I need to fix it up. I left right after speaking to him and came back later that night and it turned out he didn't do anything to the pull out bed. Elevators sounded like it was going to break on us, stove needs an update, walls need to be repainted. Toilet seat felt like it... read more

Not what i expected Save Your money and go elsewhere..The hotel looks so nice and clean from outside, but once you come in, wow, theres a smell, and dirtyness to it...It looks like the government pays homeless people to live here..Alot of druggies, and homeless people in the front and back of hotel,..Our room..was OK..nothing great about it, we just needed it for the night, since we live down the street and our home was being painted we decided to this place...The front desk didnt have extra toilettrees, he looked like he di... read more
