Very outdated and not very clean.

The property is quite standard for an ESA. What makes this place exceptionally awful is the rudeness of the staff. They have no apparent grasp of the “hospitality” concept. The place seems to be a haven for vagrants and meth addicts.

You can hear all noises from all rooms. Everything is out dated. Was clean overall. Wouldn’t recommend

The room was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with empty cabinets but a mini kitchen. There were no kitchen supplies/utensils in the room. Free coffee is only during Breakfast that ends at 9:30am. Some of the Front Desk personnel not friendly and this was also the first time a hotel has asked for every person staying in the room to present an ID. However, they did allow us to have a late check out which was greatly appreciated.

Uninformed clerk at check in I wanted a top floor room , but was told none available which I don’t believe is True. My impression was clerk didn’t want to check on it . This stay was not worth the money I paid. Last time I will book this. Hotel when in area.

Don’t stay here Old, dirty, horrible experience. Didn’t feel safe at all and couldn’t sleep and all I needed was to get some sleep to continue my drive home
