the bathroom smelled like pee i had to leave the bathroom fan on everyday, the carpet was dirty, when I asked about cleaning the room they said they only clean them every other week! and if you want a cleaning they charge, kitchen was run down, beds were super uncomfortable and pillows. Will never stay here again , you get what you pay for

The property is well maintained and the lobby area is clean. The only thing that was inconvenient was there seemed to be a lack of staff at the front desk, no one was ever around.

two nights of hell! I had requested the 3rd floor when I made the reservation(week in advance). They gave me a handicap room on the second floor! After being keep up all night by rude/loud/ people, I asked to change rooms. Again, I requested the 3rd floor & was given a second!

my stay here was not the greatest. I booked the room on Expedia and got in late. about 1130pm on a Wednesday night to be specific. I had some work to get done the next morning and wanted to do a late check out, 12pm to 1 pm at the latest if possible. immediately upon arrival and asking about late check out I was instantly shot down with a straight "NO" even if I paid a fee. after checking in and unpacking the room was fine.
