I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The smell of other people cooking in their room really made the place smell bad. The rooms does not have hair dryers, so you have to request one. Then you have to go down to the lobby to pick it up. They didn't even offer to deliver it to your room. No coffee pot in the hotel room either. There were no house keeping services either I saved myself $5 by not tipping for the non-existing housekeeping service. Overall - I will NEVER stay at this or any Extended Stay America. Sub par Checked in at 3pm, room was not ready. Once sent to another room, all kitchen utensils/appliances missing, no TV remote, broken computer desk chair. TRASH in the computer desk drawer. When requesting kitchen utensils, they asked for the items to be picked up downstairs since they were "short staffed". Vending machine room locked at night, the front desk "didn't have the key". Highly disappointed and would not stay at this location again.

Will not be back Too many things to list. Not one cup, bowl or plate in the room. The staff never brought to the room. No receipt will be given to you if you use expedia? Doors lock at 10:00pm and you have to wait after a long trip for someone to open the door. Would rather pay more for amenities i enjoy.

Horrible hotel Old carpet, sticky. Horrible bedding, rough sheets. Bleach stained stained blankets. No conditioner. No kitchen items (cups, plates, utensils missing) cobwebs all over exterior of the building. Loud train all night long. Thin walls, heard neighbor.

Th we hotel is under renovation. So we were given rooms that still smell like paint. There was tape left over on the walls and she shower head was left cover with tape and paper. The room smelled like a combination of smoke and paint. My wife has asthma so this was very unpleasant for her. But we didn't have any other choice than to stay in the room since the hotel was completely booked. Sub par customer service When we arrived on our business trip, the desk rep tried to move me and my colleague into one room. We originally booked two rooms. He said the power was out in a couple of rooms and they were overbooked. Not really our problem. After I said I didn't want to do that, he had me sign our stay agreement with 2 adults under one room.
