The staff were mostly pleasant, almost robotic and not genuine, but they were ok. The coffee was not made each time we checked. It was either "being made", or not done yet. We ended up going to Starbucks...The rooms were clean and quiet, so that made up for the other things. I would stay here again. There really needs to be some policing of the pot and cigarette smokers on the 4th floor...

The only thing that I did not appreciate, was the coffee not being made and running out. This is an easy fix! Especially on Mother's Day!

Overall this was a great stay. Super clean and spacious rooms. Felt very safe around the property. And plenty of free parking. My only gripe was that the staff was uneven in their customer support. Most of them were very kind and friendly. Others acted like they could care less if you were there. Still, minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Still a very pleasant stay overall.

Had hard time to get hot water shower. Called front desk and asked them to send somebody to check. No one came in.

Anastasia was an absolute hero to my daughter and I when we arrived late for check in on a Thursday night. We were exhausted and immediately in despair when we realized I had made an error in booking the room. Well, Anastasia fixed everything and got us into a beautiful room and gave us a great nights rest. Thank you, Anastasia and all the staff at Extended Stay San Rafael.
