It's a challenging time, I know, but the cold atmosphere detracted from the cleanliness of the hotel, inside and out. Coffee was available only one out of three mornings. Really? Coffee??
The property was clean safe and well equipped.
Disappointed stay It was ok. The beds were terrible, very soft and a bit lumpy. Bad pillows which made sleep terrible. Noisy next to the freeway. No coffee in the room and worst of all no bathtub, just a shower. Laundry area most units were out of service. Non smoking, but smelled of cigarettes everywhere and whatever chemicals they used to clean my mom and myself had an allergic reaction to.
