If only there was a better person checking me in. I wasn’t so happy when the desk person said he didn’t have the same price in his system and made me call Hotels.com. Thankfully it was resolved. I felt that he was being rude and should have respected my confirmation and price.
I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Is not that far from san francisco. Nice n quiet city.
Did not know that for short stays there is no room cleaning service. However front desk did provide towel exchange and crockery for the room on request and without any problems. I would stay at this hotel again.
Located next to busy freeway and extremely noisy throughout night.
The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy location and check-in was fast.
Love staying at the hotel. I never disappointment.
