Extended Stay A return to ESA for work purposes... Needed a place to stay on a quick notice. Appreciative of the availability of a room, but still find the quality of customer service not up to par. Keep hearing short staffing a problem and new staff not knowledgable. Maybe that's where more"mentoring" is advisable?!! Trying to find a telephone number for corporate office or central reservations is a problem. And being told intern staff will not be helpful is unacceptable. Clean and friendly This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me tips on restaurants nearby. There's also a Target a few blocks away

It's a challenging time, I know, but the cold atmosphere detracted from the cleanliness of the hotel, inside and out. Coffee was available only one out of three mornings. Really? Coffee??
