Room is nice... Housekeeping needs improvement. Check-in was easy. Sean at the front desk is really nice and helpful. The room looked really nice. I went to take a shower and the tub was clogged. I pulled a 5-6 inch clump of hair out of the drain. I went to call the front desk. Our phone was un-plugged and did not have any phone codes on it. When I reached the front desk, it was not Sean, it was an older lady on the graveyard shift, and I told her about the issues. Bliss of the Bay It was wonderful. We absolutely loved the view on the 4th floor on the northside of the building. I was sorry the pool wasnt open. Perhaps we could have scheduled an appt to hottub or swim. First book first serve situation.

Basic Great for basic accommodations. In theory, it has exactly what you need for a long or short stay. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide me with basic kitchen supplies, such as a fork or mug for hot drinks. The kitchen was exactly why I decided to go with this hotel so this was very disappointing.
