Property was relatively pleasant only issues were with check-in we had a large party and the computer systems were down when we arrived. A young lady and her partner were cursing at the elderly attendant because they had been there 3 hours and their room key wasn’t working and the attendant had forgotten to write their room number on the key card slip so they didn’t know what room to go to. Terrible customer service...acted like everything was inconvenient. Room was OK BUT THERE ARE NO AMENITIES AND YOU FEEL LIKE THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT WANT ANY CUSTOMERS THERE

The people in the room above me were so noisy that I had to call the front desk and ask them to call the people in that room and ask them to be quiet. It sounded like they were rearranging the furniture! So loud!!!! Apparently others complained as well. I couldn't go to sleep until they quieted down. Other than that, my stay was fine.
