We checked in around 1 am and the room wasn't available, even though we had called to say we'd be late. Took till after 2 am to get a room.

Extended stay hotel in San Rafael was everything that was promised and more! We had our grandchildren and they absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi! The rooms were better than we anticipated the stove, microwave, refrigerator, beds, shower and tub were all clean and in great condition, choose the side of the hotel opposite the free way and your stay will be one to always remember

I’d go somewhere else Room was gloomy. Bed gave me a backache. Bathroom not clean. No room service. Stingy on supplies like shampoo and soap.
