mediocre. No utensils, plates, cups, etc in the kitchen. Had to go down to front desk to get them. No wine opener.

office closed late and not staffed early. However staff was very pleasant at check in.

The location is quite remote and definitely should have a car. So if you are a tourist make sure you drive or rent a car. Close to Muir Woods. Only reason we stayed there so we could do the tour. And all other hotels close didn’t have rooms for the nights we were looking for.

Awesome, friendly lots of fun in the pool!!! Increible nos divertimos mucho la alberca tiene agua templada la puedes disfrutar de 6 am hasta 10 pm el hot spa muy relajante el servicio espectacular el desayuno cual es grab n go nos ayudo a no estar tan hambrientos en la manana El staff es muy amigable buen precio limpio cercano a richmond bridge y golden gate me Encanto incluso puedes caminar a la orilla del agua por la parte de atras muy relajante yo si lo recomiendo uno de los mejores en san Rafael mas que Motel 6 y travelo... read more

Decent location very few amenities no coffee in room minimal breakfast selection

Great place to stay, easy to find and clean. My one problem was we checked in after hours and the clerk was friendly and gave us a great room on the upper floor. It was a really pleasant stay and very quiet room. In my opinion the best feature was the very large shower. I definitely would stay here again. We didn't have breakfast or use the pool or amenities so I can't weigh in on that. But the room was great for the price.

The kitchens are not fully stocked, as was clearly advertised on their site. You could walk down to the front desk and get some things to use, but that is not advertised nor offered. You have to ask. Don’t be fooled by the continental breakfast. It is merely pre-packaged, bland muffins and granola bars with coffee and hot water for instant oatmeal or tea. Decent and Quiet without Supplementals Staff was not very people oriented, welcoming and not very available. There were no pots, pans plates or any kitchen cookery nor utensil in the room as stated in the description. I requested such items three times-once in person and twice by phone which took 1/2 for front desk to pick up. Never got them. The room was clean. Breakfast was designed for preschoolers (single packaged granola bars and mini-mini-mini muffins) and there was not coffee always available beyond the breakfast hour... read more
