Hotel close to sf. This was my 3rd time staying in there. I love it. Always enjoy talking to the staff.

Very Nice Doug, night shift, was extremely helpful in making notes to ensure the particular room we requested was available when we arrived to check-in. Mika, day shift, was extremely helpful in assisting us (with coffee pot, dishes, and extra blankets), in a expedited way - very appreciated. "Thank You"

Holiday get-away. I love this hotel, it is large and roomy, and the rooms are great. We love being able to cook in and relax in comfort. Families were here celebrating Christmas, so the atmosphere was festive but low-key. The service this time left a bit to be desired; staff absent from front desk sometimes, problems calling front desk from the room. Maybe they were just understaffed because it was the Christmas Holiday. Overall it was great and we will be back.

Great Value, Clean and Quiet I really enjoyed my stay. My only disappointment was that I wasn't told about dishes, eating utensils, glasses, and cups being available on request, although there was a sign at the check-in desk. Just a mishap I believe because I checked in at midnight. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning from 6 am to 9:30 am.

Just ok... We were disappointed to find that this hotel has no ice machine. Wait...what? Did you say NO ice machine? Ok...the free breakfast? Instant oatmeal and granola bars. The coffee at least was available, not very hot but at least we had some. The rooms have small kitchens which is nice, however you have to ask for everything at the desk, including shampoo.
