This was about what you might expect. Clean and surprisingly spacious room. Limited amenities and below average customer service. I would stay here again for practical reasons but would not recommend it if you are looking for somewhere you want to feel pampered

If you need convenience. The bed was comfortable, would of liked another pillow. The linoleum was lifting in the shower and had a bit of mold, and there was no where to place soap or shampoo in our shower but on the floor. With that said it is convenient, and looked much better than the alternatives (some look like Bates motel) in this pricey valley.

Loved my stay at extended stay! My stay was amazing, everything was so clean and staff was so friendly and well mannered. Asking for xtra towels was not an issue. Both front desk attendant were friendly, soft spoken and very professional. Thank you!

Friendly staff Very friendly staff, especially Logan. She was professional, courteous and checked me in fast. She appeared to really enjoy her job and the difficult task of doing whatever it takes to please the traveler. I even saw her helping with luggage.

It was weird that the first set of doors opened automatically then the second set of door were manual. Then the “uniforms” the staff were wearing were t-shirts (and faded from washing) gave me the impression that this was a low class hotel. The manager was in the back talking on the phone while we were checking in and it was to another staff person (I know this because she thanked them for filling out their time card).
