Don't try to check in early... The hotel is clean and easily accessible from the freeway. It is located in an industrial area but is within walking distance of the SF Bay Trails which is very nice. We were in San Rafael for a wedding that was at 2 p.m., I was hoping to check in a bit early so that we could do last minute prep and leave our bags. Even though they have your room sitting there waiting for you, they charged me $10/hr + tax..early check in fees. Not very good customer service if you ask me.. Pretty bad we pay for... read more

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast included though is granola bars and coffee which does not entirely meet the description on Hotels.com website..

Ehhh so so Sheets, and Matt protector had very disgusting stains. I recommend checking bed before hopping in. Rooms were a lot smaller than expected. Other than that stay was good.

Overall good. Extremely poor WiFi The rooms are spacious and clean. The water pressure and temp was decent. The WiFi, however, was so bad I would even say they had WiFi as it was too slow for even email.

Nice and Easy Friendly fast service with a smile. Room was ready no waiting that is important. Freeway close free parking that's huge.
