Made a reservation from a mile away and was at the property in 5 minutes. This was around midnight. They didn’t have any clean rooms and sent me away. And then they reported me as a no show so I don’t get my money back — still arguing. Will never go there again.

I would read it very low, due to customer service The room that I chose was not available, and I had to pay an up charge for another room. The other room was very smelly and right next to the laundry room not the most comforting place to rest.

Never again Room was dirty, bathroom had mold, light was out and front desk clerk was so unprofessional.

There was only one employee and had to wait 30 minutes to get helped in the front desk . The air didn’t work and no cups in the room by the sink . Horrible experience

Cockroaches in the bathroom, indoorpool closed for longer time, carpet with stains, floor in bathroom damaged, matrace dirty, one lock of window -- needs a refreshment; kitchen not equiped - available at hotel desk only,

Black mold in every shower! I have stayed 4 times at your hotel and that was the last time. Black mold is dangerous to your customers and your cleaning crew is not doing its job. You will eventually be liable for some person suing you for health reasons. The last visit for me will be my last and will not recommend your hotel ever to any of my friends or associates.
