WORST NIGHT EVER IN ROOM 212 It was the WORST night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Do NOT let them assign you to Room 212; it vibrates, shook, and rumbled all night from the laundry room below. Three calls to the front desk at 10:30, midnight, and 3:45 am, and they did NOTHING to resolve the issue. During check out the staff on duty said they’d had complaints before and told me to contact the GM for a refund. Three phone calls and an email later I still haven’t heard back from them.

Needs a lot of work The hotel is pretty badly maintained. The bathroom had mold growing, room floors went clean. There was a cockroach in our room as well. They front desk guy was pretty rude and unhelpful too

The TV remote was not in the room or shampoo. We went to the front desk at 9 pm age there was no one there to help.

I stayed here for one night and had a very unsettling experience. After checking in without issue, I was awoken at 2 AM by a faint knock on my door. When I looked through the peephole, I saw the front desk person trying to hide out of sight. This was extremely strange and made me feel unsafe, especially since the door’s security latch was broken. The room itself was in poor condition—there was a bad smell, mold in the shower, and cockroaches in the bathroom, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I called 911 to report... read more

The whole room needs to be gutted and freshen up. No shower pressure, pots over used . Stay a motel 6 they are better. Not worth price .
