Location to ucsb is great. Property and rooms overall are not in the best condition. They allow pets here which was a big factor in choosing this hotel.

Room was a little dated but clean. Staff willing to help with anything we needed. Grab & go breakfast is exactly that, packages of snacks. Good location off the highway. Quiet rooms. Reasonable pricing for room considering high prices of everything else in Santa Barbara, CA! Would stay again.

Nice Hotel Location This is a very convenient location, off the 101 freeway. Clean, quiet, pet friendly. In-n-our Burger across the street.

The location is close to UCSB and few miles from the Santa Barbara Harbor. Price is also affordable

Would Definitely Recommend I stayed for one night. I arrived and was greeted by a wonderful woman. We introduced ourselves, but alas I have forgotten her name. Sorry. I was offered wine and my choice of several cakes and cookies, I believe there was cheese, too. Room was clean and thank goodness had a heater. Heater was a bit loud, but didn't disturb my sleep.
