Good value, but... We booked this hotel because we thought it was a good value and we just needed a place to crash. It was clean, the service was solid, but the walls were paper thin, and unfortunately, we had obnoxious neighbors who kept us up all night. So if you're a light sleeper, you might want to look elsewhere.

Not so nice on the inside... Upon arriving, the hotel looks very well kept up and nice from the outside. However, once you step foot inside, it's a whole different world. The rooms are old and dirty (stains on the walls, old furniture, and smelled of possible animal urine. [...] The hotel does not provide any room service (ex: fresh towels, etc.) and they have a kitchenette, but you need to bring your own soap, and most utensils and cooking equipment. should have paid an extra $30 to stay across the street One person at front desk doing his best to take care of everything, dirty laundry heaped by elevator whole time, trash in elevator stayed there

room 130 The room smelled like dirty kitchen. This room ,# 130, is located right beside an entrance and its doors were slammed TWICE by people going through. This happened all night long wich made impossible for a good rest. Awful experience. Never going back

Pet Owners Beware!!!!! My wife and I booked two different weekends at this hotel because it was "pet friendly." The advertisement says that the rooms have been newly renovated with plasma TV's, etc. We requested a bottom floor room for the convenience of taking the dogs out. When we arrived for check-in, we were given a 3rd floor room. We said we requested a first floor room, and we were told that the 3rd floor was the "smoking and pet floor." NOT a hotel! But it didn't turn out that way. We didn't know it wasn't a "hotel" since it was posted on a website for hotels! To get new sheets we were told we had to bring our dirty ones to the FRONT DESK and get an exchange. The didn't even sent a housekeeper up to our room to make the exchange. Our room smelled like animal pee, no one took out our garbage. As a couple with toddler twins, the help would have been nice, and that's what we needed in a hotel service.

Unpleasant stay!!! Staff is really unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I called in the night before my stay just to confirm the reservation, and the lady at the front desk put me on hold for 9 minutes then hung up on me. I called back again to confirm and she was again giving me an attitude and being rude. All the floors in this hotel smell like smoke. The service is horrible, they charge you extra in order to get housekeeping and extra for wifi. The towels were stained and the bed looked dirty, the only thing positive I... read more
