Last resort We stayed two nights instead of using the hotel as a long term location so not sure if our stay was too short to give them a higher rating. After arrival around 9 PM, we noticed the AC was not working and reset the breaker which at least got the unit running again. Within an hour though the AC wasn't cooling the room and my wife asked the night desk rep to have it fixed. She was told that couldn't happen until at least 6 AM. A place to stay when other places are full The advertised breakfast was terrible: the coffee was bad. I went to Starbucks a mile away. The 'muffins' were mushie and flavorless - went to Safeway & got sweet rolls. The apples were the smallest I've seen that were ripe enough to eat. The granola bars were almost miniature in size. We had two forks, two spoons, two knives, two glasses, two pots - you get it. Bring your own if you want to cook or eat in the room.

Disappointed Chose Extended Stay to get away for a little bit and we wanted a studio in order to be able to just stay in and cook together. The location was good, since it was close to everything. However, we ordered a non-smoking room but got put on the smoking floor. They did not have all the soap and shampoo in the bathroom right away. Also, while they say breakfast ends at 9, we went down at 8 and there was nothing left. horrible expierience We booked a stay there because of it's proximity to Kaiser hospital. Could not get the alarm clock to work properly so I called front desk for 5:00 a.m. wakeup so I could be at hospital by 6:00 a.m. Never happened. Luckily I woke at 5:15. 12:30 a.m. same morning our door burst opened,luckily I had the safety chain set. The same hotel clerk who was supposed to set the wakeup call gave someone keys to our hotel door. When confronted he told me he did not care if I stayed elsewhere.

Worst reception ever I have never been treated so badly by a receptionist! He was outside smoking when I walked in. He didn't come in to greet & help me (despite the fact that I walked right by him & he could see me standing at the desk waiting for help.) however, he did come running in & practically knocked me over to answer the phone. He continued to talk on the phone & ignore me. When he was done he went upstairs. After waiting awhile I called the hotel & he said he would be right down that he was unplugging a toilet....w... read more

Hire More Employees There was only one person working the front desk and he was busy. My room wasn't ready and it was after 4:00p. I witnessed 2 people wanting to change rooms. One change was due to the room not being clean and the other was too small for 2 people. I was given a handicap room, which was fine because all I did was watch tv, sleep and head out early in the morning but they need another person at the front desk and clearly need to jack up their cleaning staff.

kind of sad hotel. not at all what i expected. hotel personel were rather cold to us...i expect due to the fact that we didn't book thru them

Patato bug in room It was not bad except when we woke up at 3 am to find a huge Patato bug crawling on the floor

Displeased The floor on which we stayed was designated non-smoking; however, the hallways and our room reeked with cigarette smoke. In fact, guest in room across from ours was smoking in their room. We will never stay in this hotel again. Front desk clerk was quite unfriendly and never smiled or welcomed us. Bathroom had no amenities other than towels.
