Kinda gross; You get what you pay for! I've stayed at a few Extended Stays previously. This was was pretty bad. The staff was dressed in jeans, the "breakfast" was packets of oatmeal and coffee without real milk, and while there was a kitchenette, there were no actual kitchen items within it. All rooms smelled terribly of smoke and the bedding was old looking; not crisp. Reminded me of a cheap Motel 8.

Terrible This hotel was dirty and house keeping didn't clean the roon the whole time I was there

Very over priced and out dated hotel This was the worst hotel I have stayed at as an adult! For the price I wasn't expecting it to be luxurious, but I was expecting a lot more. We chose this type of hotel because we were meeting family in the area. We were expecting comfortable and clean rooms as well as a common area where we could gather and spend time together. Not worth money Kitchen supplies given upon request. And frying pans NOT available. They ran out of instant oatmeal, so I had to eat a breakfast bar. Coffee-mate was their "creamer." Would not stay there again.

2.5 stars at best. Sad to say, the customer service at check-in was poor. The attendant was on a personal phone call and a lineup of customers waiting before she finished her call. Overall the hotel is in good condition. Nothing visually terrible about it. But the overwhelming smell of bad body odor in our room was sickening. Avoid this hotel 1. Front desk clerk greets us wearing a sleeveless T-shirt. Fashion don't not to mention unprofessional but I can let that slide until... 2. They gave my room to someone else because; wait for it; both of our names are Chris! I guess no one is checking ID here. 3. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. 4. Rooms don't even have basic items like shampoo or hair dryers. These things have to be obtained from the front desk. 5. The price; given all of the negatives above; could not be any more rediculous.
Disappointed at best Location was OK for stay purposes. No coffee maker in room. The "breakfast" was little more than empty coffee containers and granola bars and hotel staff were not attentive at all to serving people coming down to the breakfast area (which was basically the hotel lobby)and to making things available. Desk staff seemed annoyed at any requests that were made. Seeing as how the hotel allows pets in rooms, we were able to enjoy someone staying there cleaning up a mess made by a pet in the hall.

Terrible experience My pillow smelled like urine. There was a dog in the hotel that relieved itself outside the elevator. The hotel ran out of shampoo. There were stains on the chairs in my room. The countertops were dirty when I got there.
