Poor housekeeping, room stunk like human urine No business center, dirty room with bad odor. Pillows smelled terrible obviously the pillow cases had not been changed. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Manager working desk made me miss my airplane because she said she could print boarding pass but could not print it. Absolute terrible service!,,

Beware! Terrible Service and Terrible Hotel This place was awful! First of all they overbooked the hotel and we did not get the rooms that we reserved. They ad to give us different rooms and we were spread out. We had to take smoking rooms when we requested non-smoking. The place was very sketchy! And if that wasn't bad enough, we were evacuated from the hotel at 4am because of a false alarm! Stay away!

Make sure to bring your own shampoo and ear plugs. When I asked front desk for shampoo, she was disappointed and inconvenienced that she had to go to storage to get some. I was sort of surprised when she asked me to come downstairs to get it. I was very disappointed when the in room refrigerator would not stop humming and buzzing. It was very loud. (Bring ear plugs. DO NOT STAY HERE! BOOKED AND PAID FOR OUR RESERVATION FOR A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS FAR IN ADVANCE. WE GET IN FROM A LONG DAY WORKING AND THE LADY SAYS THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY GIVEN ALL OF THE ROOMS WITH 2 BEDS AWAY! ONE OF US ENDED UP SLEEPING ON A COUCH! NO HELP WHATSOEVER AND THEY DID NOT CARE IN THE LEAST... DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Maybe we just got the cheap, leftover room ... We walked into the room and the first thing that met my eye was the molding around the kitchen counter hanging to the floor. I had a little glue in my bag, dabbed it on and it stayed up, at least. The wall lamp didn't work, the hair dryer was missing (the wall mount was attached but no dryer), the alarm clock didn't work and neither did the remote for the TV. Disappointed I was very surprised at the lack of amenities available for $199/night. Yes, I should have checked prior to booking, but it was only for one night so I thought how bad could it be? On arrival, the front desk was fine though had no idea where my room was and sent me in the wrong direction down the hall. The room was clean, with a small kitchen and refrigerator.
