wouldnotstayagain The matteress was about 4 inches thick and when I saw it the next morning it was filthy. It was like camping with no air matteress......hard. Needless to say I didn't get any sleep. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor and it would have been more sanitary too. I was miserable but to tired after driving hundreds of miles to complain. BTW, no hair dryer. Fix the two things above (especially the matteress) and my rating would have been much better. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.

'Renovations' and Bad Service We arrived around 9PM and had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk attendant to finish a personal call and check us in. When we get to our floor, we were greeted with a sign stating that the state of California says there are chemicals present that are known to cause cancer. Our room wasn't small, but it was definitely in need of renovations (broken toaster, chips in the counter top) and a better cleaning. The room also smelled strongly of smoke. This is my first review that I have ever done but this hotel experience was the worst I have ever had. I had booked 4 rooms for my family. 3 of the rooms had issues and one was so bad I had to change to another.

Non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarettes, so that I had to wash all the clothes I brought when I got home to get the smell out. Blanket on bed had several large holes in it. No amenities in bathroom besides hand soap. Some lights in the hallway were broken, and management used lamps sitting on the floor, which were quite dim. Only recommendation is that it was close to the highway and easy to find.

Stay only if the Gray Hound bus station is closed Can't do wake up calls, bed was like sleeping on a board, Kind of hotel that you sleep between the blanket and cover. Not fit to be called a hotel, more like an apartment. Never would stay at this hotel or recommend to anyone

nasty nasty nasty! This place was nasty. Upon walking up to our non-smoking room, the hallway reeked of smoke, and our room was considered non smoking, but I smelled like I had been at a bar all night when I woke up this morning. We asked to move rooms, and the woman refused us. In the morning, we went again to ask and they wanted to charge us for a room that did not stink. Never again! Our room was on the third floor, the hall to our room was dirty, and smelled like tobacco smoke. The room looked clean, but also smelled like tobacco; I requested a non-smoking room for a reason. The bed was like hard as a rock, we had worst night sleep, tossing and turning, nothing like being tired from a bad night sleep. Then to top it off, taking a shower was another experience, the shower didn't drain.

My family and I stayed here for one night For a business trip and the fire alarm went off THREE times that night due to a hotel party where they were all smoking weed, the entire place reeked of weed and the front girl did not do anything at all to stop what was going on. At 7am the next morning once again the fire alarm went off due to smoking weed. I thought this was a nice area to feel safe staying with my family built I WAS WRONG!
