Great staff, excellent service, clean room! From the first night to the last day everyone was very nice. Room was clean, quiet! No complaints at all from me.

Uhhh no! First of all, the heater did not work in the room so it was blowing COLD air. Then the towels had to be the hardest stiffest towels ever, the service was horrible and the lady at front desk who was the manager actually tried to charge me my 2-night stay again after I showed her it said “your booking has been paid” she told me that it was only for the deposit so I checked my bank and sure enough it was the whole thing! Thank God I checked. And on top of that, we didn’t even get service or asked if we needed anything ... read more

Rooms need improvement I expended one night there and they moved me to another room because heater wasn't working. In the other room worked 2 of 5 lamps. You can notice in the walls that need paint. The heater is old and noisy. In the next room beside me there was a party. I called twice to front desk to complained. Front desk was kind and able to help during my stay. They even return me money to my credit card because of the heather thing.
